A sort-of-recent graduate from the University of Oregon, I tell people I'm a "numbers guy" at a civil engineering firm because it's shorter and is usually followed up with fewer questions than "strategic finance and decision support for large-scale capital infrastructure". In a long-term relationship with Microsoft Excel and waiting for the day her and I can grow old together in a quiet cabin somewhere deep in the forests of the northwest.

Perfectly white sneakers, playing video games by myself, excessive amounts of air conditioning, interior rooms painted yellow, drink coasters, exclamation points, movies substantially longer than 90 minutes, being put on speakerphone, unrestrained usage of the word "amazing", non-transparent water bottles, italian restaurants that serve salmon, posing for pictures, the word "artsy", houses where the inside and the outside don't match, inside jokes, "hardcore fans" of literally anything, almond butter, brunch
